GALE met Hertz at a pivotal time. The car rental giant had just survived bankruptcy after falling victim to the pandemic’s harsh impact on the travel industry at large. GALE innovated their entire CRM system, evolving its visual and verbal language, enhancing their loyalty communications, and maturing their use of data to become the primary brand consumers choose to travel with.

Our modular design system brought a fresh look to their emails and more closely aligned to their app UI. This new system brought consistency and flexibility to communications and increased open rates by 100% YOY.

Test Drive

Inspired by the recent resurgence of low-fi video game titles, Hertz challenges players to earn game points and avoid obstacles for a chance to win reward points and other prizes.

This branded game will drive more loyalty sign-ups, engage our audience in a new way by refreshing the way we present offers and loyalty mechanics, as well as help further educate and showcase Hertz’ premium fleet.
